A 15 year old fired shots at a school bus stop has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threatening X4, and
Possession of a Firearm on school property. The press release reads...  
On April 19, 2013, Officer. Harmon responded to 15th and Bishop for the report of shots
fired at a school bus stop.  Ofc. Harmon arrived and checked the area with negative
results.  School Resource Officer Lovelace at Forest Heights Middle School advised
as students began arriving at school, he was made aware of four victims in an
incident where a shot was fired at the school bus stop at 15th and Abigail.  Ofc.
Harmon responded to the area of West 15th St and Abigail and located on 9mm spent
shell casing lying in the street.

Detectives and officers circulated the area and located the 15 year old suspect
walking in the area of W.14th St.  The black semiautomatic handgun was located at
the home of another juvenile who was not charged or involved in this incident.   The
15 year old was charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threatening X4, and
