Sun dial to be built at twin rivers park in Little Rock.

Arkansasreports.com was shown the plains to a sun Dial that is being built out at Twin Rivers park in Little Rock. Crews say they expect the project to be finished in about two months. Once finished bikers and walkers can walk or ride around the sun dial that includes trees and a fountain. According to crews at the site this project is being built by Pulaski county.  Article by David.L of Arkansas reports.
