H.J. Winslow, co-owner of Winslow's Janitorial Service, waits outside Wine by the Glass as the floors dry inside. Winslow said, " We strip the floors about every four years so we are able to keep the rustic look." Wine by the Glass is located in the Heights in Little Rock.
