IBLA Arkansas and the Argenta Commuity Theater presented IBLA Grand Prize International Concert on the evening of April 28, 2013. The music artists included performers from  the United States, Finland, Poland, South Korea, and Japan. They performed in five communities in Arkansas this past week. The music included drums, bass, guitar, accordion, piano, and voice.
