Conway, AR – Two men are behind bars after being arrested following several residential burglaries April 26, 2013 in Conway.   According to Conway Police when they located the two suspects Zeavon Irby and Kierre Bates they also found stolen items in their car.

A witness alerted Conway to a burglary at a neighbor’s home on Nutter Chapel Friday.  When officers got to the scene several witnesses gave police a detailed description of the car that was parked in the driveway of the home that was burglarized, along with the license plate number.  They also gave descriptions of the two suspects.

While officers continued to investigate other reported burglaries in the neighborhood, another officer located the suspects’ car at a fast food restaurant.  Bates and Irby returned to the car and after some questioning officers arrested both men.  Guns and other items stolen in the burglaries earlier that day were discovered inside the car.   Investigators are looking in to whether these two could be responsible for other residential burglaries in the area.
