Several small homes sit in a Good Sam Morrilton RV Park in Morrilton, Arkansas.
We interviewed Casandra, Office Manger, at Good Sam in Morrilton, Arkansas, about their small single and duplex homes. She told us that the RV park has been in Morrilton since the 70s. It was first a KOA and about a year ago changed to Good Sam RV Park in Morrilton. They get their homes custom built and shipped from Alabama for around $15 - $20 thousand. These homes have everything you would expect in a home, "except you need to bring your own food and linens," Casandra said. They offer night, weekly and monthly rentals. She also told us that they are really busy right now because of the nuclear power plant accident that occurred in Russellville, Arkansas.
