Susan Neal, Pet Promotions Director, holds a yellow lab that is up for adoption outside of Petco in West Little Rock. Out of the Woods has 60 to a 100 animals on average that need to be adopted. They also need foster homes for the animals. You can sign up to be a foster home by heading over to their website at www.ootwrescue.org.
