Little Rock Fire Department Engine 9 sits in a West Little Rock shopping center.

No, the bed store was not on fire. If you were driving through West Little Rock and saw red lights this evening at a local shopping center, a rookie was running through drills on Engine 9. This included spraying the water out of the fire hose and loading hose. Little Rock Fire Department covers around 122.31 square-miles, protecting over 183,000 citizens, according to the City Of Little Rock website.
