We listened in on a press conference with West, Texas, Mayor Tommy Muska about the fertilizer plant that exploded after an initial fire this evening. The mayor said, " There were 183 people evacuated from a nursing home." The Mayor was south of the plant when his hat blew off at the time of the explosion. The mayor's own house was damaged. It is unknown at this time of the exact number of people injured or if there were any fatalities.
